Claims Management Policy

This policy gives the framework for the effective management of disputes and claims concerning clinical negligence covered by the NHS Resolution (NHSR) Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts (CNST), Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Liabilities to Third Parties Scheme (LTPS), and property claims covered by the Property Expenses Scheme (PES).
