Learning, Development and Education Policy

This policy sets out to ensure equitable and fairaccess to learning and development which is offered to the whole workforce reflecting the underpinning values of the Trust. Individuals and teams will be supported to use their learning as a means of continuous improvement and enable them to deliver the highest standards of care.
