AFLoaT provides high-quality care for women or birthing people who experience moderate to severe mental health difficulties as a result of fear, trauma or loss related to the maternity experience. AFLoaT is a psychologically led service which encompasses Surrey and Sussex ICB (formerly Surrey Heartlands ICS) available in North West Surrey, Guildford and Waverley, Surrey Downs and East Surrey and 4 maternity units (St Peter’s, Royal Surrey County, Epsom and East Surrey Hospitals).
